One Team, Spec to Store

We build cross-platform mobile apps in Flutter, web applications in Next.js, and the backend infrastructure that ties them together. The same people who scope the project are the ones writing the code, which means decisions get made fast and nothing gets lost in translation between strategy, design, and engineering.

Our Approach

We start by writing the spec — a real product document, not a sales deck — so we're aligned on what we're actually shipping before we touch code. Then we build incrementally with short feedback loops, working from the riskiest parts first so problems surface early instead of in week 12.
