About Lasana
A small team that ships production software end to end.
Lasana is a software studio focused on building, shipping, and supporting real products. We work with startups, agencies, and organizations who need a team that can own the whole pipeline — design, mobile and web engineering, infrastructure, QA, and app store deployment — without handing the project off three times along the way.
We're intentionally small. That means the people who scope your project are the same people who build it, and you get direct technical conversations instead of account managers translating between you and a delivery team.
How We Work
- End-to-end ownership. One team from spec to store listing. No handoffs between strategy, design, and engineering.
- Production-first. We don't do throwaway prototypes. Everything we ship is built for real users, with error handling, offline support, and the kind of polish that survives App Store review.
- Direct communication. You talk to the engineers building your product, not a layer of project managers. Decisions get made in hours, not weeks.
- Honest scoping. We'd rather tell you something is going to take longer than promise a date we can't hit. Estimates are based on what the work actually is, not what would close a contract.

Flutter for cross-platform iOS and Android. Native modules when the job calls for them.

Next.js with the App Router. TypeScript when it pays for itself, JavaScript when it doesn't.
Backend & Infra
Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Functions, FCM), Node services, and self-hosted infrastructure when latency or cost demands it.
AI
Claude and the Anthropic SDK for production AI features — retrieval, agents, tool use, and prompt caching done right.
